Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Lumen Timber Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
