Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Willow Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
