Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Silverline Granite Manufacturing and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
