Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Umber Foods Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
