Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Albuquerque, NM)

Highbridge Field Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Albuquerque region, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
