Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Albuquerque, NM)

Greenridge Union Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
