Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Albuquerque, NM)

Highbridge Cobalt Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
