Production Supervisor - safety and training (Wichita, KS)

Lumen Drift Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Wichita, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
