Production Supervisor - safety and training (Wichita, KS)

Bright Cobalt Pharma Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
