Production Supervisor - safety and training (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Amber Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
