Production Supervisor - safety and training (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Lumen Amber Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
