Production Supervisor - safety and training (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Amber Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
