Production Supervisor - safety and training (Toledo, OH)

Bluepeak Corner Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
