Production Supervisor - safety and training (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield Pine Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
