Production Supervisor - safety and training (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Lumen Haven Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
