Production Supervisor - safety and training (Toledo, OH)

Foxglove Wilder Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
