Production Supervisor - safety and training (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Nova Oak Foods Associates and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
