Production Supervisor - safety and training (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge North Medical designs and makes medical devices in Tampa, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
