Production Supervisor - safety and training (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Glen Foods and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
