Production Supervisor - safety and training (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Silverline Hollow Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 901 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
