Production Supervisor - safety and training (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Yarrow Foods and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
