Production Supervisor - safety and training (San Jose, CA)

Clearpath Cobalt Medical Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
