Production Supervisor - safety and training (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cobalt Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
