Production Supervisor - safety and training (San Antonio, TX)

Bluepeak Amber Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
