Production Supervisor - safety and training (Sacramento, CA)

Bright Willow Medical designs and makes medical devices in Sacramento, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
