Production Supervisor - safety and training (Sacramento, CA)

Amberfield Vale Press is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and paper stock. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
