Production Supervisor - safety and training (Sacramento, CA)

Bright Rowan Foods is a Sacramento food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
