Production Supervisor - safety and training (Rochester, NY)

Rivermark Wilder Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Rochester. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
