Production Supervisor - safety and training (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Cobalt Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
