Production Supervisor - safety and training (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Vale Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Reno. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
