Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Lumen Thistle Medical is a Tucson company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
