Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Westbrook Juniper Foods Group is a Atlanta food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
