Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cedar Foods Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
