Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Stonegate Cobalt Medical Group is a Miami company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
