Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Silverline Thistle Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Raleigh, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
