Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Ironwood Meadow Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Chicago region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
