Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Bluepeak Amber Medical Holdings designs and makes medical devices in Toledo. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
