Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Silverline Systems is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 3 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
