Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Nova Willow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Philadelphia. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
