Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Logistics and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and field records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
