Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Harborlight Vista Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Grand Rapids region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
