Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Labs and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 1 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
