Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Summit Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
