Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Highbridge Beacon Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Omaha region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
