Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Foxglove Cobalt Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Raleigh, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
