Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Fernwood Haven Auto Group is a Houston company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 817 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
