Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Amberfield Iron Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Hartford. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
