Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Greenridge Basin Foods Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
