Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Timber Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
