Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Kestrel Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 652 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
